Opis posla

As the company continues growing, we are looking for new team members and are now offering an interesting and dynamic freelance position as:

User Support with excellent command of Slovenian and Croatian.

Part time 20 hours & based in Slovenia or Croatia.

Your tasks:
- Providing user support for Talk Online Panel members in Slovenia and Croatia via E-mail, telephone and social media
- Dealing with various administrative tasks such as document translations and testing of questionnaires
- Managing translation of different texts and questionnaires from English to Slovenia and/or Croatian and vice-versa
- Generating the effective performance and achieving company’s goals

Uvjeti

- Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing, Economics, or related
- Professional experience in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent command of English, Slovenian and Croatian (Further language skills will be of an advantage). Slovenian and Croatian skills verbally and in writing need to be on a native level
- Confident computer skills (MS Office, basic understanding of Online Advertising and Social Media)
- Bright, easy-going and flexible personality
- Willingness to occasionally travel abroad
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
